The Coalition application certification statement must be confirmed to submit your application. The statement certifies the information you have provided is true and accurate, that you will update the school with any changes to your information, and that you will provide any additional required materials to the school.
The certification statement reads:
"I certify that all of the information I have provided is true. I further certify that I will send to the admissions offices of the Coalition institutions to which I have applied the required materials from all schools I have attended or am currently attending. I will also update these Coalition institutions with any changes to my record. I understand that any false or misleading information I provide, or any misrepresentation, including by omission, could affect my admission decisions or my ability to enroll at a Coalition member institution."
